Shocking Repair

A job I've been meaning to do since I bought "The Glide", a previous owners "Ah that'll do repair" at some stage in the past, the wires from the regulator to the alternator were covered with random piece of plastic and then wrapped in insulating tape, they didn't even try to put tape over bare wire,... FFS

Started new heat shields for The Glide,...

So started a winter project early, seeing as the weather is so crap, mocking up used heat shields removed painted black, back to metal, getting them to fit before chroming, the rear lower needs cutting back to move forward about 2" to fit properly, and rear down pipe cover needs shortening a wee bit to fit,....
